Return Policy

We stand behind our product 100% and guarantee each Rim Chuck is free from defects and will operate as described when used in accordance with the enclosed instructions. If you feel you have purchased a defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange to ship the product back to us for inspection. Your Rim Chuck will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

It is essential that you make prior arrangements before returning your Rim Chuck. Please do not send your Rim Chuck back without first contacting us to discuss the problem, items returned without prior arrangements will not be serviced. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a defective tool. Chick and Duck Mfg. will ship your repaired product or a replacement at no charge.

We are not responsible for damage to the Rim Chuck that results from improper use of the tool.
